Job Summary:
To provide technical and administrative assistance in the distribution of LPG supply via rail to Retail, Wholesale, and Midstream customers while insuring adequate operating inventory levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Internally works with Supply Representatives, Team Leads, Dispatch Coordinators, Wholesale/Midstream Representatives and Retail Operations on actual distribution patterns to make adjustments effectively
Secures monthly demand projections from business and optimize demand with available supply through Right Angle system
Monitor delivery of LPG with supply and logistics teams to ensure that no retail district, rail terminal or wholesale/midstream customer runs out of gas
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels at rail terminals and rail served retail districts to insure adequate supply
Maintain all systems information pertaining to rail shipments (Right Angle, RailHub, Intellitrans)
Supporting inventory management efforts including ownership of in-transit rail inventory
Respond to fuel accounting issues
Special projects or duties as assigned
Cross-train with other team members for back up of truck/pipeline scheduling
Ability to react quickly to seasonal allocations and unforeseen operational difficulties to balance the needs of supply and demand with available capacities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
• Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred will consider equivalent experience
• RightAngle (or similar ETRM) application experience, preferred
• Experience with PC applications, including Excel, Word and Power point
• 3+ years industry experience required
