Entry Level:$5,300/$6,147 - $6,625/$7,683 /month

Job Summary:

Perform a variety of engineering tasks associated with a particular assignment including project supervision in the Pipeline Engineering department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Engineer I:

*Bachelor’s degree in an approved engineering curriculum, ABET preferred or, if applicable, engineering assistants with a bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering technology and having successfully completed the Engineer Intern requirements in any

state with a reciprocal agreement in a state where WBI Energy operates.

*Possess good oral, written, human relation and time management skills.

Engineer II:

*Bachelor’s degree in an approved engineering curriculum. ABET approved is preferred.

  • Two years experience in the engineering, operations and maintenance and/or construction of natural gas facilities or related engineering field.

  • Experience in the oil and natural gas industry preferred.

  • Excellent oral, written, communication and human relation skills.

Job Responsibilities

Engineer I:

  1. Assist in the design, material specification and installation of construction and maintenance projects.

  2. Prepare detailed cost estimates, construction authorizations, material requisitions and accounting paperwork for construction and

maintenance materials.

  1. Perform engineering studies to determine the feasibility of new construction or methods to make existing facilities more efficient

and enhance safety.

  1. Assist in the preparation of annual construction budgets.

  2. Assist in the supervision of construction or modification of pipeline facilities in the field.

  3. Perform any special tasks that may be assigned which will contribute to the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives .

Engineer II:

  1. Supervise the design, material specification and installation of construction and maintenance projects. Directly supervise

contractor or company work crews assigned to a project.

  1. Assist other staff engineers and staff engineering assistants in the development of engineering feasibility studies and other

engineering related duties.

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates, construction authorizations, material requisitions and accounting paperwork for construction and

maintenance materials.

  1. Perform engineering studies to determine the feasibility of new construction or methods to make existing facilities more efficient and enhance safety.

  2. Assist in the development and modification of design, operation and maintenance standards in accordance with applicable federal

and state laws and rules as well as industry codes and practices.

  1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

  2. Perform any special tasks that may be assigned which will contribute to the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives .

Preferred Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or construction engineering

*Pipeline design and construction experience on federally regulated (FERC) natural gas systems
