Job Description

Under direct supervision, keeps a prescribed area in a clean and orderly condition, performing any combination of duties involved in cleaning the premises, washrooms, furniture and other building cleaning. Moves office furniture, equipment and supplies when called upon. Under direct supervision, performs duties in the maintenance of project grounds, including keeping public area sidewalks clear of debris and snow, disposing of trash and other waste materials. Mows lawns using hand or power mowers, spreads fertilizer, trims hedges and shrubbery, prunes trees, maintain ditches and road embankments, and performs general cleanup work along roads and parking area. Performs all types of common labor.

Required Skills

Should be steady and of regular habits. Should be reasonably intelligent and physically fit. Valid New York State driver's license required.
