Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who are focused on finding top talent while providing a positive candidate experience. This is a high exposure/high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills. This position will work in partnership with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers at all levels of the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for someone desiring a career path in recruiting.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages full cycle of recruiting function from posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and creating offers.

  • Develops an understanding of client business objectives and consults with HR and business/functional leaders to integrate recruitment initiatives into hiring plans.

  • Identifies and utilizes a full range of recruiting tools and methods- campus programs, internet resume databases, career fairs, employee referrals, networking, community outreach, professional associations, etc.

  • Posts openings in professional organizations, online and in other position appropriate venues.

  • Participates in campus activities, such as career fairs, networking events and interviews on campus.

  • Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

  • Utilizes social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

  • Builds networks through industry associations and membership to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.

  • Maintains regular contact with potential future candidates.

  • Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System, Workday.

  • Prepares and sends offer packages.

  • Assists management with state, federal compliance audits as necessary.

    The role is considered a hybrid position. Specific in-office requirements will be discussed during the interview process.


  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or;

  • Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Proficiency with PC-based applications (Word, Excel).

  • Knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Previous experience recruiting for Technical position preferred.

  • Experienced in providing excellent customer service in supporting multiple clients.

  • Good judgment and strong communication and organization skills are required.

  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while working in fast paced environment.
