POSITION: 1-TruckingCoordinator

DEPARTMENT: Warehousing & Distribution

LOCATION: Dorchester, MA

RATE OFPAY: $45.53 per hour

CURRENTLY POSTED HOURS: Various Shifts

REMARKS:

The Trucking Coordinator holds the highest degree of responsibility to direct, coordinate, instruct, and schedule material handling employees of a lower rating. Performs functions of Material Handler position and may be assigned to job assignments for all preceding functions. Acts as an assistant to Supervisor and relieves their duties andresponsibilities.The position is required to work any five days, indoors, outdoors, and in all weather conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must meet all Material Handler minimum qualifications

- Demonstrated aptitude for learning to use a personal computer and the warehouse computer systems.

- Fork Truck Experience

- Material Handling Equipment Experience (3 Yrs. Minimum)

- Capable of lifting 100lbs

- Mechanical Aptitude (knowledge of basic mechanical principles and ability to use job related tools and equipment)

- Ability to tip and roll 500lb. drum 30 feet with control

- Work at heights of approximately 25 feet

- Basic numerical and math skills

2. Testing and review of Advanced Material Principles

2. Demonstrates high levels of Customer Service Demonstrates proven decision-making abilities

3. Commercial Drivers License A, with proper endorsements Successful completion of Certified Rigging Course

4. Possess Mass Hoist Engineer License 1B and Federal CCCO license or equivalent.

5. Successfully pass a Leadership Course Module
