Summary

Responsible to analyze, design, implement and support the creation and management of business processes that maximize operational efficiency and achieve business operational and process quality goals. Provide oversight, guidance, leadership and mentoring in the implementation of process changes. Support operational and project activities by building relationships, determining business needs, identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities, defining business requirements, and implementing solutions that positively impact business results.

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Modeling – Identify, analyze, document, and validate current state processes to serve as a basis for operational and/or change management planning and execution. Create ‘to be’ process models and workflows. Analysis includes data gathering through observations, interviews, surveys, and industry research. Facilitate working sessions and workshops with business personnel. Evaluate opportunities to simplify and automate business process where appropriate. Remediate process issues through the facilitation of root cause analysis and create and implement innovative, effective business process improvements

  • Operations Management – Manage and maintain business process flows and documents. Develop and maintain a connection with key customer groups to identify and improve process effectiveness. Establish and track process delivery metrics, identify and implement business process improvements.

  • Change Management – Provide leadership and guidance through the development and implementation of business process changes. Lead and coach and team members through change activities and refine process models as appropriate.

  • Industry Connection – Stay current with industry trends for business process, process quality, and facilitation and apply best practices as appropriate.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology or related field or equivalent experience.

  • At least five years of I/T or project delivery experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role.

  • Demonstrated sound understanding of core business processes, industry trends, technology developments and I/T environments.

  • Ability to understand changes in business process and technology and effectively adapt technology to meet business needs.

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills required.

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly.

  • Strong ability to perform diplomatic facilitation using

Preferred

  • Possess 3+ years of Compliance Program consulting experience and SEC Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards specifically addressing Information Technology assets and governing processes.
