The Dell Power Plant is happy to announce an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in the power plant industry! If you have a High School diploma (or equivalent), have one year of electrical or mechanical background, the ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy, then we encourage you to apply for our entry level Associate Outside Operator.

The Associate Outside Operator will be responsible for assisting with the proper operation and maintenance of the Dell Power Plant. The responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment. The Associate Outside Operator will be expected to work a 12 hour rotating shift (including weekends and holidays).
