ConEdison Solutions Associate Sales Executive in Danbury, Connecticut

Responsible for the sale of PV Solar installations for commercial & industrial clients. The Associate Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential solar customers, lead the negotiation of the deal, and ensure customer satisfaction through delivery and post-sale. The Associate Sales Executive will work with leads and lead opportunities in their assigned territories to produce sales as well as discover new opportunities. The Associate Sales Executive will be responsible for staying current on federal, state, and local incentives and incorporating them into the sales process.

  • Meet with potential clients, present proposals and establish a level of integrity and confidence

  • Create clear and concise proposals for commercial and industrial clients

  • Managing sales relationships with potential clients and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management software to reflect the status of potential clients and sales

  • Collect and interpret data for design and creation of proposals

  • Discover new opportunities, by generating sales leads, and staffing lead-generating events, in order to continuously increase sales in an assigned region

  • Maintain awareness of client’s needs and communication throughout the construction process.

  • Provide ongoing and regular feedback to Sales Management and internal sales support relevant to key account opportunities.

Education:

  • High school degree required

  • Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience as well as Customer service experience.

  • Experience in the Solar Energy Industry, highly preferred.
