MasTec Advanced Technologies Field Finance Manager in Coral Gables, Florida

The Field Finance Manager is responsible for supporting our field operations with sound financial analysis, reporting and insight to drive practical solutions that result in maximizing regional level profit. Field Finance Managers are an integral part of the finance team and support the Regional Vice President, Directors of Operations, and Site managers with tools and processes to improve profitability. Field Finance Managers report directly to the Director of FP&A and dotted line to Regional Vice President.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Developing close partnerships with the field Operations team at the Regional Director of Operations and Site manager level.

  • Helping drive regional and Site level financial and operational goals.

  • Monitoring regional and site level performance.

  • Improving outlier performance at the regional and site level.

  • Reporting financial performance of their regional and areas.

  • Enhancing the financial and operational capabilities of our field partners.

  • Working cross-functionally with finance, Operations, Human Resources, Training, and Supply Chain to set goals that drive key company strategies.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications Include

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Five (5) years, or more, of financial analysis and reporting experience required.

  • Nine (9) years, or more, of financial and reporting experience with operational experience in related industry may be substituted for previously stated education and experience.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.
