As the Total Rewards Consultant (Wellbeing), you will have the opportunity to consult on design and implementation of wellbeing strategy aimed at advancing the enterprise mission and business results to support an empowered, values-driven workplace culture. The Consultant will need to understand customer needs and develop programs, policies and governance to support the welbeing strategy.
Promotes “People First” culture throughout the respective organization; exhibits and encourages exceptional performance and teamwork across the HR&C organization
Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and long term objectives of the HR&C organization
Serves as support for Tier II Customer Solutions Specialists with complex employee queries in regard to wellbeing
Serves as subject matter expert for developing programs, policies and governance related to voluntary wellbeing and federal mandated programs
Identifies and prioritizes wellbeing issues significant to employees and develops programs and resources that enhance the employee experience
Leads the implementation of programs including vendor contracts ensuring system interfaces, processes, communications, and training meet required expectations, accuracy, and timeliness
Responsible for programmatic effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with health, welfare and safe workplace programs and overall business strategies, organizational policies, federal regulations, and labor agreements
Responsible for health and wellbeing knowledge transfer within the People First Solution Center with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced
Owns strategic relationships with vendors
May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years) required
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
This job operates in a normal professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; frequently stands, walks, uses hands to type or write, reaches with hands and arms, and prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
