As the Total Rewards Consultant (Compensation), you will have the opportunity to consult on design and implementation of compensation strategy aimed at advancing the enterprise mission and business results to support an empowered, values-driven workplace culture. The Consultant will need to understand customer needs and develop programs, policies and governance to support the compensation strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Promotes “People First” culture throughout the respective organization; exhibits and encourages exceptional performance and teamwork across the HR&C organization

  • Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and long term objectives of the HR&C organization

  • Serves as support for Tier II Customer Solutions Specialists with complex employee queries in regard to compensation and executive compensation plans and programs

  • Serves as subject matter expert for compensation plan designs, governance and compliance including market competitiveness

  • Coordinates governance related to compensation plans and market analysis to ensure competitive based programs

  • Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the People First Solution Center with existing programs, when new initiatives or changes are introduced, or when programs are eliminated

  • Owns strategic relationships with vendors

  • May perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years) required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience

  • This job operates in a normal professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; frequently stands, walks, uses hands to type or write, reaches with hands and arms, and prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
