Job Summary:

Manages a group of employees and contingent workforce responsible for all aspects of Change Management and internal operations communications needed to help meet high impact, departmental goals. Applies all aspects of program/project change management using consistent Change Management methodology and practices including but not limited to: resource planning, work breakdown, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, communication and integration with other projects and activities. Provides strategic direction for change management team in implementation of business unit programs and projects. Coordinates across internal stakeholder groups in development of appropriate program-specific communications and engagement strategy and approaches, along with associated deployment. Shares strategy and approaches with change management team and oversees associated CM team work quality and deliverables, including for alignment with company direction. Performs a broad range of consultation and direction with preparing Change Management strategies for complex projects, processes and change initiatives. Provides executive engagement support, include interface with multiple business units across the company.

Responsibilites and Duties:

  • Provides consultation and guidance to assigned lines of business

  • Develops and implements complex change management programs

  • Provides expertise and appropriate solutions to management, other organizations/groups and/or executive management in the area of change management

  • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and needs

  • Sets direction and supervises a staff of Change Management professionals in the delivery of change management services and consultation to assigned customers.

  • Develops positive working relationships to effectively complete work activities, provide strong consultation to management, and to collaborate with a broad range of customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree AND 7-10 years of prior work-related experience

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills: negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in

  • Change Management certification

  • Ability to adapt and change as business needs change.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Post-Bachelor’s degree (ex. MBA, Master of Science or equivalent)

  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication and group presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft products.
