As a Training Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be the scheduling, preparing, coordinating, and conducting of training events. This role will be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of training records in order to ensure accuracy and compliance within the organization. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

What it takes:
2 to 5 years in a training environment, or related experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Proven oral and written communication skills
High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be drivingandan acceptable driving record
