As a Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to provide leadership, support, and direction for the day-to-day field operations on heavy civil construction projects. You will delegate and manage daily tasks assigned to field team members; schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors; train and mentor team members; track productivity to meet daily goals; submit daily reports.

What it takes:

  • 5+ years’ construction management or related experience

  • Experience with concrete construction, including highway paving and/or airport construction

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be drivingandan acceptable driving record

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Heavy Bid, Trimble Total Station

  • Ability to travel (must have the ability to commit to onsite projects)
