As a Facilities Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage multiple commercial construction projects. It is your responsibility to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project(s) from inception to completion to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)
8+ years of related experience
Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) or similar software
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be drivingandan acceptable driving record
Travel
