As an Agricultural Mechanic, your key responsibility will be the repair and maintenance of fleet equipment consisting of backhoes, trenchers, air compressors, and tractors; provide basic preventative maintenance services such as changing fluids and filters; replace and repair leaking seals and gaskets.

    What it takes:

  • 2 years of heavy equipment repair experience

  • Proficiency with using part books and service manuals

  • Completion of a Formal diesel mechanic program (desired)

  • Basic computer proficiency (desired)

  • Ability to provide own hand tools

  • Ability to move/operate heavy equipment (desired)
