Knife River-Boise is looking for self-motivated individuals who will use their knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of our company as a traveling project superintendent on large out of area projects. Project superintendents must have working knowledge of all phases of heavy highway construction.
Superintendents work directly with our Project Managers as well as clientele out in the field. Must be able to be a positive representative of our company at all times.
We offer a full benefit package after 60 days which includes full medical, dental, vision and 401K.

Qualified Candidates will have a minimum of 5+yrs experience in a leadership position, preferably with an emphasis in heavy highway construction. He/she will have the ability to schedule and manage crews, work with the project owner to facilitate successful completion of projects.
This position requires a valid driver's license.
Successful applicants will have experience with job costing and managing crews. Must be able to meet required deadlines and have some working knowledge of computers.
