Equitrans Midstream Warehouse Coordinator in Beallsville, Ohio

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator in our Beallsville, OH location. This role applies warehouse and inventory theories and concepts to solve increasingly complex problems over time, with guidance from structured supervision.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Working under maximum supervision and relies on instructions and departmental expectations to perform the duties of the job

  • Interfacing with Operations personnel and facilitating the issuance and returns of material.

  • Facilitating the ordering, receiving, verifying and returning of parts to and from material suppliers

  • Material handling and moving of physical inventory within and around the warehouse location. Preparing material items for pickup and delivery

  • Within the oversight of immediate supervisor, determining the products, parts and material needed to facilitate the operation of the physical plant. Participating in discussions with procurement to ensure proper material availability. Inputting relevant data into the system to enable the purchasing process

  • Controlling parts in the warehouse by completing periodic cycle counts. Verifying materials received to facilitate the payment of supplier invoices. Expediting material shipments to/ from suppliers and Equitrans Midstream warehouses to ensure material availability

  • Utilizing technical-based education and/or experience for completing basic warehouse related tasks

  • Applying knowledge of commonly-used warehouse concepts, practices and procedures to perform assigned tasks

  • Following departmental guidelines, procedures and practices to effectively manage the work stream with assistance from direct supervisor

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Up to two years related work experience

  • Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs

  • Ability to contribute in a team environment

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adhere to predefined work plans and meet required deadlines

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations. Must possess an attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to think analytically and solve basic problems

  • Valid driver's license

  • Qualified to operate a forklift

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs

  • On-call schedule rotation required
