Position Specific Description Come join the Lone Star Transmission team! This position is an integral part of the Lone Star Transmission team and you will have the chance to support a variety of growth projects in various stages of development and completion. As such, this position will gain a broad view of multiple transmission projects across Texas. You will have the opportunity to play a central coordination role in project management of projects that Lone Star Transmission is developing. This role will work closely with a variety of internal teams including: purchasing, development, power flow, land, engineering and construction and environmental.

You may also act as support on-the-ground interface with local utilities while also impacting development and siting with a key focus on project execution, schedule and budget maintenance. Each project is unique – in topography, technology, set of issues to be solved and complexity. This position will report directly to the President of Lone Star Transmission but will also support a variety of other teammates. Moderate travel to project sites may be required.

Candidates with an MBA are highly preferred. Those with a Technical Background in transmission, specifically in Power Flow or Engineering, typically excel in this role. We look forward to reviewing your application!

• Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations • Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
