Support the design/creation and deployment of learning solutions in order to advance the objectives of the Customer Support Center.
Conducts needs analysis and define requirements for learning programs and tools.
Ensure learning solutions are aligned with adult learning theory best practices; analyze current trends, industry direction, and support the overall strategy. Assess effectiveness of learning solutions and make modifications as needed.
Design and develop learning solutions using industry standard tools (Articulate Storyline, preferred) to close performance gaps and address development needs of the Customer Support Center.
Uses customer feedback and content analytics to inform future training investments and day-to-day improvements.
Creates and maintains resources and tools for the department.

We are seeking a self-motivated, idea driven Customer Support Training Developer to support training materials and develop the best possible customer experience within the Customer Support Center. With emphasis on adult learning, you will ensure learning solutions align with adult learning best practices. In this position you will design and develop learning solutions to close performance gaps, meet goals and expectations and address development needs of the Customer Support Center. You will also consult with subject matter experts to understand program goals and use customer feedback and content analytics to improve future training investments.

We are seeking:
5 years professional experience in training, development, instructional design, or performance improvement consulting.
Expertise in developing and executing learning solutions that ensure translation of learning into action; promote learner involvement; and demonstrate innovative coaching skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with managers and employees at various levels of the organization
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated competency in needs assessment, instructional design, training and development implementation, team development skills, performance measurement and evaluation and the use of adult learning principles.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with moderate guidance or direction
Ability to tolerate change and quickly pivot in a constantly changing environment.
Effective critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, resilience and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment and present to a diverse audience .
In addition, preferred candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree: Emphasis in adult learning, instructional design, education, behavioral sciences, business, or a related discipline.
Certification: Additional training and/or certifications in instructional design, employee development, human services and/or other related instructional/training areas from an accredited institution or company.
