As an Estimator, your key responsibility will be evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we know everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received. Estimators also work with the Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. Strong communication and leadership skills are required for this position. The Estimator III is to serve as the go-to on all process/production-related questions. This position provides assistance and direction to other team members but has no management responsibilities. The anticipated salary range is: $126,000 ‐ $173,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent degree from a 4 year college or university

  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
