Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of system operations by administering the existing IT Change Management process, assisting with administration of other IT Service Management processes, and assisting in acceptance testing of system changes. Responsible for the performance of compliance related activities including performing self-assessments as well as ensuring compliance processes meets requirements. Supports major customer-facing application(s) by ensuring quality change control. The role will include activities in the support of developing new technical solutions to meet business needs.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Execute daily quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports. Make sure that any deficiencies are documented, communicated, and corrected in a timely manner. Ensure that the process remains current with required quality assurance needs. Responsible for supporting and monitoring major customer-facing application(s).

  • Perform or assist with user acceptance testing for releases of software enhancements.

  • Assist with the analysis, solution design and prioritization of business technical needs including the participation on technical projects or efforts.

  • Perform requirements definition for user enhancement requests.

  • Support and perform activities to ensure organizational's compliance requirements are met. (to address SOX compliance work).

  • Achieve and maintain a high level of expertise in supported systems.


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 5 years experience in system support/testing/analytics or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong business process skills and technical competence

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite


  • Experience with query tools (Business Objects, Access, SQL, etc.)

  • At least one year of experience in IT Change Management

  • ITIL Foundations certification
