Core Responsibilities
Seeking a highly skilled Microsoft D365 Power Platform Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and utilize your expertise in D365 Power Platform to enhance our business operations.
The primary focus of the Power Platform Manager will be to develop governance and best practices through a newly established COE. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in D365 Power Platform management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. The primary focus of the Power Platform Manager will be to develop governance and best practices through a newly established COE.
Management and oversight of 4-6 full-time employees.
Act as the primary Power Platform subject matter expert on client engagements to solve their current business needs while positioning them for future solutions.
Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deployment.
Serve as an expert on licensing; and create financial plans and ROI models that explain the cost implications of adopting the Power Platform.
Work with the development team to define specifications for customizations and custom code.
Contribute to continuously improving the Power Platform practice through the creation of best practices, templates, and demos.
Collaborate with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Accountable for solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design - solution architecture, develop value case for buy vs make decisions.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering and 3 years' work experience Building with Power Platform, D365 & M365 or
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering and 2 years' work experience Building with Power Platform, D365 & M365
Preferred Education/Experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering and 2 years' work experience Building with Power Platform, D365 & M365
Relevant Work Experience
2 years Expert experience in design and Architecture exp in M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Power BI Required
2 years Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources including Dataverse (CDS), SQL/Azure SQL, SharePoint, and other connectors Required
2 years Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) Required
2 years Managed COE for Power Platform / M365 with governance, policy definition, process creation & license management
Required
3-5 years Familiarity with Azure DevOps and experience deploying solutions, managing release pipelines, branching strategies Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required
